LAVENDER OIL
Obtained by steam distillation of the tops of the flowers and stems of the plant Lavandula officinalis. It is a well known plant. It was the favorite plant of the Romans through which came to Europe.
There are about 300 species of this plant and Crete encounter 9 them, of which 5 endemic. It is an evergreen shrub, it reaches a height of the 30 -60 cm.
