Is obtained from the dried roots of the plant Zingiberofficinale by distillation with water vapor.
Can be used in bathroom for muscle aches and fatigue. It is a warm and stimulating essential oil. Creates a feeling of satisfaction.
Used as a flavoring in food, and in beverages and soft drinks. Combines well with strawberry, pineapple and mint.
Because it can irritate the skin, should be used with caution (1 – 2 drops are enough).
