CINNAMON OIL
The essential oil of cinnamon is produced by steam distillation of the leaves and stems of the plant Cinamommum zeylanicum. Using essential oils of cinnamon: used in mixtures with orange and clove oil for flavoring enclosures, and gargles for malodor oral. Added in massage blends in bath calms the nerves, and the tension of the day. The skin should be used with caution, why is irritating (1-2 drops are sufficient). Widely used as a spice in cooking.
